Wish to Link to SLCD?

Link Conditions:

The School for Language and Communication Development (SLCD), welcomes links to its Internet sites. If you want to link to the SLCD Web sites (the "Web Sites"), you may do so, provided you agree to the Link Conditions described below. By establishing a link to a SLCD Foundation Web Site, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Link Conditions.

General

If you link to a SLCD Web Site, SLCD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the SLCD service mark and Internet icon(s), if available, (the "Licensed Marks") solely for the purpose of serving as a link from your Web site to the SLCD Web Site. Except for the limited license to use the Licensed Marks granted in this paragraph, you may not use any of the SLCD trademarks or service marks (the "Marks") for any reason without SLCD’s prior written permission.

You acknowledge that all rights to the Marks, the content appearing on the Web Sites, and the look and feel of the Web Sites belong to SLCD and/or its third-party licensors. You will not at any time directly or indirectly contest or infringe these rights.

If you link to a SLCD Web Site, your Web site:

Should not create frames around the SLCD’s Web Sites or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation of the SLCD’s Web Sites, except as provided below.

Should not imply that the SLCD is endorsing you or your products or services.

Should not imply an affiliation between your company and SLCD without the prior written consent of SLCD.

Should not misrepresent your relationship with SLCD or present false or misleading impressions about the SLCD’s activities, publications, programs, or services.

Should not contain materials that may be interpreted as distasteful or offensive and should be appropriate for all age groups.

SLCD shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site.

SLCD may at any time, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate your license to use the Licensed Marks and your right to link to the Web Sites, with or without cause. If SLCD exercises this right, you will immediately remove all links to SLCD’s Web Sites and cease using the Licensed Marks.

SLCD may amend these Link Conditions at any time. You agree to abide by these Link Conditions and other legal terms and conditions on the Web Sites, as amended from time to time. All terms and conditions related to the use of SLCD’s Web Sites will be construed according to the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
