Why do they need our help?

Just as every plant needs the proper amount of light, air,
and water, each student that comes to SLCD needs a
program designed to meet his or her very specific needs.

School districts refer children to us because they cannot
provide what is required. All programs at SLCD are offered
without cost to the families, so the school relies on the
generosity of corporations, foundations, and individuals
like you.
